Christmas in South Africa
To escape the winter cold we spent the Christmas holiday in the Cape Town and wine lands area staying in 3 very different but fabulous hotels. It did strike me that judging a hotel is similar to that of a suit. Both fulfil a basic need but potentially everybody is influenced by different factors such as price, quality, service, style, exclusivity etc. More travellers today are opting for a ‘tailored’ holiday specifying their itinerary and the type of hotels they wish to stay in.
